Jo Gidley, Head of The Production House
Jo started her career in the direct marketing industry in 1991
at Saga Group's MetroMail, one of the country's largest mailing
houses. As Client Services Manager her team was responsible for a
number of high profile accounts including Grattan and Next.
In 1998 she was promoted to manage the Saga Group's 40-strong design
studio, responsible for the production of all Saga's promotional
literature, from holiday brochures to direct marketing.
Jo joined The Production House in 2002, and after successfully
managing a variety of business critical projects was appointed
Operations Director in 2004. In January 2007 she was promoted to
Head of The Production House, taking on additional responsibility
for Account Management and New Business.
Jo is a hands-on, results-driven leader. Her focus is on continuing
to ensure The Production House delivers above and beyond our
clients' expectations.
Liz Stigant, Business Development Director
Liz works closely with new and existing clients to provide
mailing and fulfilment solutions. With 15 years' experience gained
client-side as well as working as a supplier, Liz also heads up our
relationships with agencies and provides consultancy to sister
companies within the RAPP Group.
Liz has been with The Production House for ten years, and
over that time has account managed some of our most high-profile
client accounts, including Diageo and Orange. In 2006 she became
Business Development Director, managing client relationships
from first point of contact through to the bedding in of initial
projects. People enjoy working with Liz for her boundless knowledge
and irrepressible enthusiasm.
Claire Rogerson, Marketing Manager
Claire is responsible for marketing and communications,
and providing input into strategic direction. She’s also
responsible for responding to new business pitches and managing
lead generation.
With a background in the DM industry spanning 15 years,
Claire has worked in account management, CRM and planning roles
across a broad range of sectors, including charities. Prior to that,
she survived a "character-forming" stint selling advertising in the
newspaper industry. Claire joined The Production House in 2002 as
an Account Director on Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life where
she was responsible for management of the database and fulfilment
operation.
John Abbott, Business Development Director
Packing 30 years in the Direct Marketing industry, John is something
of a heavyweight in terms of his knowledge and experience.
A recent addition to the The Production House team, John brings with
him a background in traditional litho print combined with hands-on
experience of some of the most cutting edge digital technology around.
Previous clients include Powergen, T-Mobile, Sony, Renault and
Vodaphone, as well as print management companies such as Williams
Lea and Charterhouse.
John’s ‘can do’ attitude is reflected in his passion for delivering
the best possible solution to clients, resulting in small but
significant movements of heaven and earth from time to time.
Paul Bryant, Client Services Director
Paul joined The Production House in December 2007. His role is to ensure that we provide clients with the best in services and communication. An experienced project manager with 13 years’ experience in the digital print industry, he’s responsible for operational and campaign efficiency and client relationships. He’s constantly on the look out for innovative solutions that can add real value for our clients.
Paul manages our Account Management team - a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic bunch with over 60 years' experience in the DM industry between them. He has also been responsible for implementation and management of some of the most complex and innovative variable data print applications for clients in the BPO, Travel and Financial sectors.
