Our site is fully security controlled, with 24 hour patrols
and CCTV surveillance installed in key locations both inside
and outside the building. Optical and particle smoke detectors
in the warehouse and offices offer comprehensive smoke and flame
detection. Disaster recovery and contingency plans are reviewed
regularly to ensure ongoing robustness of the solutions in place.
Systems and networks also have the highest levels of security and
protection, including multiple layers of firewalls and virus checking.
The data centre has extra levels of smoke and fire detection with
the latest IG55 fire suppression, and further physical
access controls.
The Production House is fully compliant with the Sarbanes
Oxley Act 2002, www.sarbanes-oxley-101.com. We're currently
working towards PCI compliance. We have detailed, externally audited
procedures covering user access control and all other aspects of
system security. In addition to this, we also use third party
security companies to re-check our security - including
attempting access attacks.
